The response time is within 24 hours from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. We do have to warn you in the event of a system failure or busy periods that codes can take longer.

WE REQUIRE SECOND PAGE OF V5 LOG BOOK, THIRD PAGE OF THE LOGBOOK IF 2019 VERSION, AND DRIVING LICENCE AS WE ARE UNABLE TO GET THE CODES WITHOUT IT!!
What we require:
Make, Model, Chassis/VIN Number, Registration Number, second page of V5 logbook, third page of the logbook if 2019 version and drivers licence sent to [email protected] along with what you require (key number and EKA code).

THIS WILL BE THE ORIGINAL KEY NUMBER THE CAR LEFT THE FACTORY WITH. WE CANNOT BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE CHANGE OF LOCKS IN ITS PAST AND THE KEY NUMBER NOT MATCHING.
