Changes to FedEx delivery requirements.
Since the 1st of March, FedEx has required our customer's EORI number. Unfortunately, we can only create the consignment with this number and ship your orders.
Log into your account today and add your EORI number to your 3D Group account to avoid delays.
What is an EORI Number?
'EORI number' is short for 'Economic Operators Registration and Identification Number' and is a system of unique identification numbers used by customs authorities throughout the European Union.
It's used by customs and other authorities to monitor and track shipments coming into and out of the European Union.
