DPD works around the clock to overcome the challenges faced due to numerous factors, including the industrial action at Royal Mail.
As we approach the final days of the festive period, 3D Group wants to advise you of DPD's last shipping dates for delivery by Christmas Eve.
We can advise but not assure you that the vast majority of your parcels will be delivered by Christmas Eve if they are with DPD by 21 December. However, for packages sent to selected postcodes where DPD is currently experiencing delays, the last shipping date will be 19 December.
You will see this postcode list when you log in to your MyDPD Local shipping platform.
Weather conditions continue to be a further challenge for DPD's operation, with severe weather experienced in parts of the UK this week - this will inevitably mean further delays for parcels. However, wherever possible, DPD will attempt delivery and keep your customers updated on the status of their parcel if we have their contact details.
