ByBox has recently become Thinventory. It's a new name but the same excellent service you love.
While the brand name has changed, you can still expect the same reliable delivery service you've come to trust. Thinventory will continue to provide you with top-notch and convenient delivery to various nearby locations. With the transition to Thinventory, 3D Group are committed to providing you with the same exceptional service and support that you've come to rely on, especially efficient delivery. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we continue working with Thinventory to ensure all customer queries are answered and rectified promptly, because your experience matters to us.
How do I find the lockers?
The Thinventory lockers are intentionally discreet, catering specifically to trade professionals. They are light grey, have no advertising boards, and are usually located at the side or rear of buildings, making them convenient and easy to access.
How do I track my parcel?
As long as your order has been placed before 3.00 pm (Monday to Friday) with 3D Group, it should be in your requested location by 8.00 am the following morning, including Saturdays. Please download the Thinventory app, click the 'use collection code', and enter company code QZA and the collection code (last 6 digits of your order number). This will take you to the next page, advising you of the locker number. When you can see this, your item has been delivered.
Items get returned to us if they are not picked up on time, and you will be charged for re-delivery. If you have any questions about this change, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.
