3D Group Rewards
How To Collect Points
- Simply place your order with 3D group as usual & your points will be automatically estimated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, the actual number of reward points earned will be added to your banked total.
- Level of reward & number of points are awarded per qualifying order. They are not based on accumulated monthly spend.
- ‘Add To’s’ are classed as a new order if the original order has already been packed in our warehouse.
- Points can be collected on Special Offer items listed on our website.
Exemptions
Points are NOT available to collect on:
- Trade Show discounted orders.
- Arranged discounted product orders, E.g. Individually negotiated bulk discounts.
- Pre-arranged distributor discounted orders.
- On purchases made using the 0% finance option.
- On VAT or delivery fees.
- On an order where points are redeemed either as part or full payment.
When Items Go On Back Order:
- The level of reward applied to an order will be based on the total original value of the order - including back-ordered items.
- Points will only be awarded for the value of items that are immediately dispatched - not back-ordered items.
- You will not collect points on back-ordered items unless the back order is added to when it is back in stock and ready for dispatch. In this instance, all in-stock products on this order will be eligible to collect points at the reward level according to the new order total.
Returns:
- Points originally collected on a returned item will be deducted from the points account at the rate they were collected. If the value of the returned product changes the reward level on the original order, then the customers’ points balance will be adjusted accordingly.
How To Spend Points
All 3D Group reward points have a redeemable value of 1p per point.
- All points must be redeemed in one transaction.
- If you wish to redeem your points against an order, simply tick the box on the checkout page online or inform a member of the sales team if ordering over the phone or email.
- Points can be used as part payment for an order. E.g. Total order value £146.98 +VAT / Value of banked points £46.00 / £100.98 +VAT left to pay via another method.
- Points are deducted from the account when 3D Group process the order and not when the customer places it.

- Arranged discounted product orders, E.g. Individually negotiated bulk discounts.
- Pre-arranged distributor discounted orders.
- Purchases made using the 0% finance option.
Delivery
- Free Delivery over £100 still applies to orders paid for using points.
- Reward points CAN be redeemed against the cost of delivery.
When Items Go On Back Order
- Points cannot be redeemed against back-order items.
- If back-order items bring the total value of the order below the value of the points banked, you can use your points, but your points balance will be reduced to zero, and you will forfeit the balance. Alternatively, you may add in-stock products to your order to take it over the banked points value.
Returns
- If a product originally purchased using points is returned, then our standard return policy applies.

- 3D Group can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme, including these terms and conditions or any individual 3D Group Rewards scheme account at any time.
- The 3D Group Reward scheme is only valid on 3dgroupuk.com
- Only one reward scheme is to be held per 3D Group account.
- If we identify that you hold two or more 3D Group accounts, reward points will be accrued per account and will not be merged.
- 3D Group can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a 3D Group reward scheme account and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or associated offers.
- 3D Group will remove 3D Group points from any inactive account that has not placed an order for 12 months or more or any account that has been closed.
- Points accrued on any 3D Group account can be adjusted at any time at management's discretion.
Collecting 3D Group UK Reward points
- 3D Group Reward Scheme uses a three-tier structure in order to accumulate points. Points are rewarded on a per-order spend basis as follows;
- Special events will be held at 3D Group Managements’ discretion, where the number of points you collect per £1 spent may increase, or the discount value of your points is increased.
- After shopping with 3dgroupuk.com, your points will be finalised when 3D Group process your order and will be automatically uploaded to your reward account within five days of your products being dispatched.
- Points can be earned on items listed on the 3D Group website as ‘Special Offer’.
- 3D Group Reward Points are not available to collect on:
- Trade Show Discounted orders.
- Arranged discounted product orders. E.g. individually negotiated bulk discounts.
- Pre-arranged distributor discounted orders.
- Purchases made using the 0% finance option.
- VAT or delivery fees.
- An order where points are redeemed, either as full or part payment.
- When selected items in an order need to be back-ordered, the level of reward applied (Low, Medium or High) will be based on the total original value of the order, including the back-ordered items, but minus any account credits redeemed.
- Points will only be awarded for the value of items on an order that are immediately dispatched. You will not collect points on back-ordered items. E.g. If the total order value is £520, this qualifies for the medium level of rewards of 2 points per full £1 spent. £40 worth of products on this order need to be back-ordered. Therefore, points will be awarded on £480 worth of the order at 2 points/£ = 960 points awarded.
- Once back-ordered items are back in stock, if you wish to add to this order, it will be treated as a new order, and points will be awarded as usual for all items in the order that will be immediately dispatched, including the items that were originally back-ordered.
- 3D Group UK reserves the right to withdraw the reward scheme & promotions/offers without notice.
- On orders where credits are redeemed against the value of the order, points will be awarded based on the final order value, not including the value of the credit.
Spending 3D Group Reward points
- All 3D Group UK reward points have a redeemable value of £0.01p per point to be used against a future order with 3D Group made with the same account only.
- All banked points must be redeemed in one transaction. If the value of the order being purchased with the discount points is of a lower value than the value of the discount accrued, any remaining discount will be forfeited, and the balance of points will be zeroed.
- If you wish to redeem your points against an order, simply tick the box on the checkout page online or inform the sales team when placing an order over the phone or by email.
- 3D Group Reward points have no physical cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- 3D Group Reward Points cannot be spent on:
- Arranged discounted product orders. E.g. individually negotiated bulk discounts.
- Pre-arranged distributor discounted orders.
- Purchases made using the 0% finance option.
- Or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, this includes trade show offers.
- 3D Group Reward Points can be redeemed as part payment for a qualifying order however, all saved points must be redeemed. If the value of the order exceeds the value of points, you can use the usual payment methods in order to pay the difference.
- 3D Group Reward Points cannot be redeemed against back order items. Unfortunately, if in the instance that the back-ordered items bring the total value of the order below the value of the points banked, you will forfeit the remaining points on this transaction unless you add in-stock products to your order to take it over the banked points value.
- The value of points to be deducted is finalised and deducted from the customer's points balance when 3D Group process the order and not when the customer places it.
- We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for 3D Group Reward points collection and redemption without notice.
- Spending points may be subject to network availability online.
3D Group Reward Points free delivery terms and conditions
- 3D Group offers free UK delivery on orders over £100. This includes orders over the value of £100 that are paid either in part or entirely using reward points.
- Reward points can be redeemed against the cost of delivery.
Returning goods
- If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of points collected for this product from your reward point account at the rate at which they were accrued. If the value of the returned item changes the reward level on the original order, then the customer’s points balance will be adjusted accordingly.
- The standard 3D Group UK return policy still applies to products purchased using your 3D Group Reward points.
