Note on Timelines: For all carriers, the investigation and claim resolution periods listed above officially commence only once all required documentation and a formal claim form have been submitted to the carrier by 3D Group.
Insurance & High-Value Orders:
3D Group cannot provide reimbursement or replacements exceeding the "Insurance Cover" value listed above. If your order value exceeds £20, we strongly recommend selecting Royal Mail Special Delivery or a tracked Courier service to ensure your goods are fully protected.
Delivery Guarantees vs. Aims:
For most of the UK mainland, Royal Mail standard services still operate under guaranteed times (e.g., 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM). However, for remote postcodes or specific business contracts, these times are revised aims (e.g., 11:00 AM, 4:00 PM, or 5:30 PM). If your guaranteed service is delayed, this difference allows us to claim a service refund from Royal Mail on your behalf. Any dates or times provided are approximations, and 3D Group shall not be liable for any consequential losses caused by delays, as per our Terms & Conditions.
Address Liability: 3D Group is not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please ensure your account details are updated before ordering.
Damaged Goods Procedure: As per our Terms & Conditions, please inspect all products upon receipt. To ensure we can successfully claim against the carrier for any transit damage, we strongly request that obvious external damage be reported to us within 3 working days.
Dangerous Goods (SKU: AEUT6, AEUT38):
Royal Mail services are strictly unavailable for orders containing Dangerous Goods. Please select a courier option like DPD Local or FedEx to ensure your items are not held or destroyed for safety violations.
Saturday Service:
DPD Saturday Delivery is available for orders dispatched on Fridays. Please note that Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday service is currently unavailable; Friday dispatches via Royal Mail are aimed for Monday delivery.
International & Off-shore Orders:
DPD Euro by Road: Delivery is restricted to a maximum weight of 3KG.
Remote Postcodes: For the Highlands, Islands, and NI, Special Delivery guarantees may be extended to 5:30 PM and can take up to 3 working days.
Seasonal & Extreme Weather Notice:
During peak periods or extreme weather, timed guarantees may be subject to temporary local adjustments. Please monitor our social media channels for any emergency updates.
