Our team kept working through the first National lockdown and we intend to during the second. We just wanted to give you a quick update on what you can expect in the coming months. We know that this time around, things seem even more difficult, but we are confident we can help you thrive in these trying times. Like ‘The Doors’ we’ll be riding on the storm, so to speak and surfing this second wave.
OUR SERVICES
As of today, all our services remain fully operational, and the team will be working hard to deliver the same delivery times and the full customer support you expect and deserve. So, without further ado, here is a list of all our services.
- We’ll still be stocking our usual expansive range of products, including genuine & aftermarket remotes, key blanks, transponder chips, remote cases, locksmith tools, diagnostic tools and key machines, all with same-day dispatch!*
- Parts checking and special orders are open as normal, however, there may be delays to special orders
- Our key number and immobiliser code service will continue to operate as normal
- Our SMS server will still be operating
- Our staff are manning the phones, so should you need us, just give us a call!
- Our website will be online throughout, and we will be posting regular updates as to any changes to services through social media and a monthly newsletter. So, if you don’t already, please be sure to subscribe to our newsletter or follow us.
SUPPLIER UPDATE
Our suppliers, as we are, are trying their best to limit disruptions to their services. However, as we have experienced before, some of them may face supply chain issues during the global troubles that numerous national lockdowns are likely to inflict upon us all this winter. We will keep you up to date with any shortages that arise. We are, however, more confident going into our second lockdown and have been taking extensive measures to diversify and strengthen our stock, meaning our product range is continuing to grow, and if we don’t have something available in stock, we will likely have an alternative. If you are in doubt about a product, contact our team on 0115 941 5333, and they will be happy to advise you.
COVID GUIDANCE
Our team is doing everything they can to keep each other and our clients safe. All our staff have daily temperature checks if they are in the office, by a member of staff wearing the correct PPE. Face Masks are required to be worn in the communal areas of the office. Some of us are working remotely unless we are expressly required in the office. Our cleaning team has been working tirelessly with particular attention to high-contact areas. Proper social distancing markers are in place on the floor, and we have stopped interdepartmental mixing and have instead opted for purely electronic communications so that we can continue to deliver the services that are vital for you throughout the winter.
