The KD Mate is a car key programming device based on connection with the Mobile KD app. One of the key features of the KD Mate is that it can conduct Toyota Smart Key programming without pincode using the supplied adapter cable, as well as perform Toyota AKL (all keys lost) without the use of a simulator
The device is updated continuously via Mobile KD app. It opens a communication channel between a KD device, such as the KD-X2 (DIYH1) and KD Max (DIYH4), and the vehicle's system. The user can then select the correct KeyDIY remote to produce an efficient and cost-effective key solution for the end user.
Functions currently supported:
- Toyota (2019+) HitagAES (ID4A) smart key programming without pincode and all keys lost programming without simulator (ZB remote emergency ignition), including new Toyota Corolla and Levin with 2000 FCCID
- ID4D smart key (including 0111/0140/0780/5380/7990) adding, all keys lost and emergency ignition (ID4D transponder emergency ignition), for detail car models please see description of the remote site in Mobile KD app
- ID8A smart key including 0020/2110 /F43/3330/0410/0440/0010/0120) programming without pincode
For Volkswagen it can read the EEPROM from some instrument clusters
