BMW 3 - FEM/BDC – AUTEL

In this course, we will look at FEM and how we process lost and spare keys using AUTEL. In this practical course, we will prepare and process the FEM and DME and prepare the parts, extracting data to produce a dealer key. There are several processes to make a dealer key, and these tried and tested methods are there to share best practices.

- Research methods for identifying FEM/BDC and DME units
- Prepare vehicle for programming, including coding backup
- Removal for FEM/BDC and DME best practice
- Preparing DME to read ISN
- Prepare and process FEM/BDC for programming
- Produce a dealer key
