This product is for 250 tokens to use on our VRM (Chassis/Reg) look up system.
Once bought we will activate your account within 4 working hours.
Terms and conditions:
- All VRM Check results will be stored in the 'Past Requests' section of the website for 6 months from the date requested.
- If you accidentally request a VRM check for the same vehicle within a 12 hour period you will be charged only once. If your second request is over 12 hours from the first request you will be charged twice.
- Each VRM check will use 1 token from your purchased allocation.
- Tokens can only be redeemed against VRM checks and cannot be used against immobiliser code or key number requests.
- The data that is returned by the search is correct as per the live data held by the DVLA. In some instances this data can be incorrect and if this occurs we are unable to refund your token.
- Occasionally some data fields can return with missing information. This can be due to misfiled V5 documents with the DVLA. Unfortunately in these instances we are unable to refund your token.
- You are to use this service responsibly and any use of this service deemed abusive by 3D Group management will be taken seriously and the necessary action will be taken.
NOTE:
All UK accounts will receive 5 free tokens to start with. After these 5 tokens are used you will need to purchase more.

Tokens do not have a time limit. VRM search for UK vehicles only.
