Course Details

BMW jobs are high-margin, but they demand precision. If you’ve been hesitant to touch FEM/BDC units or handle DME ISN extraction, this specialist masterclass is designed for you.

Join us at the 3D Group Training Academy for a focused, one-day intensive. We take the "fear factor" out of BMW work by teaching you the safest, most efficient workflows using the Yanhua ACDP-2, the gold standard for "no-soldering" BMW programming.

Led by our Technical Training Manager, this course moves beyond the manual to show you how these systems actually behave in the real world.

What you will master:

  • ACDP-2 Setup: Professional installation and module activation for trouble-free operation.
  • Unit Identification: Expert research methods to accurately identify FEM, BDC, and DME versions.
  • Pre-Work Safety: Learn to prepare the vehicle and back up critical coding data before you begin.
  • Hardware Handling: Best practices for the safe removal and bench-prep of sensitive modules.
  • ISN Extraction: Master the preparation of the DME to read the ISN (Individual Serial Number).
  • Dealer Key Production: Process FEM/BDC data to generate, program, and even delete keys for total security control.
