Citroen Codes for UK Vehicles (Both) - Exceptions Apply, Please See Notes

The Immobiliser Code is for programming the immobiliser or keys into the vehicle via an OBD Diagnostic Tool

The key number is for cutting the key to locks on the car via a key cutting machine

The response time can within 30 minutes to 4 hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. We do have to warn you in the event of a system failure or busy periods that codes can take up to 24 hours and cannot be cancelled before this time

NOTE:
Once ordered codes cannot be cancelled until the above alotted time has passed

What we require:

In order to process this request for codes (VAUXHALL, RENAULT, CITROEN and PEUGEOT) WE REQUIRE THE 2ND PAGE OF THE V5c LOGBOOK, THIRD PAGE OF THE LOGBOOK IF 2019 ISSUED VERSION OF V5c, CUSTOMERS PHOTO ID AND A MATCHING UTILITY BILL If this is a new keeper and they do not yet have a V5c form with their name on they will have to fill out the V5c new keeper’s details and the same also applies if they have changed address or surname. If the vehicle is registered under a leasing or auction company we will need a signed company letterhead as well as a photo ID of the signee along with the second page of the V5c. All documents will need to be uploaded with the online request or sent to our codes email [email protected] within 2 hours of the initial request, otherwise the codes will be cancelled and you will be required to reapply once you have all of the required documentation available

THE ABOVE IS A RESULT OF SECURITY BREACHES IN THE PAST THAT HAVE BEEN REPORTED BY THESE MANUFACTURERS. THE MANUFACTURERS WILL BE INVESTIGATING DEALERSHIPS/SUPPLIERS THAT ARE NOT ASKING FOR THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS SO PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY CODE REQUESTS THAT DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE GUIDELINES

What we require:
Make, Model, Chassis/VIN Number and Registration Number along with what you require (immobiliser code and key number)
All this must be sent to our TEXT message service

Exceptions:
No immobiliser code will be given for key pads on 1996-1998 vehicles
No immobiliser code will be given on Citroen C1 vehicles

THESE WILL BE THE ORIGINAL CODES THE VEHICLE LEFT THE FACTORY WITH. WE CANNOT BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE CHANGE OF CONTROL UNITS OR LOCKS IN ITS PAST AND THE CODES NOT MATCHING
