The immobiliser code is for programming the immobiliser or keys into the vehicle via an OBD Diagnostic Tool.
The key number is for cutting the key to locks on the car via a key cutting machine.
The response time is up to 24 hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. We do have to warn you in the event of a system failure or busy periods that codes can take up to 24 hours and cannot be cancelled before this time.
NOTE:
Once ordered codes cannot be cancelled until the above alotted time has passed.
WE REQUIRE A COPY OF THE SECOND PAGE OF V5 LOG BOOK, THIRD PAGE OF THE LOGBOOK IF 2019 VERSION, AND CUSTOMER DRIVING LICENCE AS WE ARE UNABLE TO OBTAIN THE CODE WITHOUT THEM!!
