The key number is for cutting a key to the locks on the car via a key cutting machine.
The response time can be up to 24 hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. We do have to warn you in the event of a system failure or busy periods that codes can take up to 24 hours and cannot be cancelled before this time.
NOTE:
Once ordered codes cannot be cancelled until the above alotted time has passed.
We cannot obtain Suzuki codes for non-UK vehicles, this includes imports.
What we require:
The customer's name and address, Make, Model, 17 digit Chassis/VIN Number and Registration Number along with what you require (key number). WE ALSO REQUIRE A COPY OF THE V5 AND THE MILEAGE OF THE VEHICLE.

THIS WILL BE THE ORIGINAL KEY NUMBER THE CAR LEFT THE FACTORY WITH. WE CANNOT BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE CHANGE OF LOCKS IN ITS PAST AND THE KEY NUMBER NOT MATCHING.
NOTE:
ALTO key numbers will be sent to you in the format of 12345 however the first two digits need to be reversed like 21345
